Shame that healers are so rare in this game. I'm tempted to roll one just to get some party invites, but like you said, you better be prepared to heal, cause that's all you're gonna do
As for chosen being squishy, try playing a shadow warrior, hurray for light(paper) armor! Of course, played properly (range) it's fun. One thing I don't understand about the classes, is a elf melee DPS different from an Orc melee DPS? I guess the mechanics would be the same in the long run (run up and hit stuff), and since everything is broken down to it's base (mage, healer, dps) there really isn't alot of variety to the classes.
Have you always played melee classes before? I got burnt out on them myself back in WoW and EQ2, but soon as I switched to a caster the fun came back. Actaully, the Warlock I played in EQ2 was probably the most fun I've ever had. AoE group root, AoE Nuke x 2, lots of corpses My downtime consisted of corpse looting before moving on to the next group lol. So yah, try a caster class
i can has computar?!

Yes, i shall give it a while to see if they sort themselves out, or it it stays stupid with few healers doing theyre job. Still I dont get that problem in our guild, and I heal everyone regardless even passers by... Nothing like spamming group heals in a PQ and no one dropping any health and killing 2 or 3 hero's in a row.

Dont listen to him hes talking some strange language.. just play the marauder Lvl 33 marauder can solo farm/grind/quest whatever your want in T4 areas and higher. Ive seen it with a guild members. Its very OP so make use of it while its good.
Talen trees at 15>20 well that can go form fair few classes even my own i get nothing to speak of and you should know that between 21 and 25..
Dont put him off if you havent seen marauders kick ass personaly..

Well thanks to the new Beta title I've activated my CE account and lost all of my characters! Well I didn't lose them, but they're all on the account I'm going to give away! So I'm going to start again and level a Marauder and something else..
Anyone got thoughts on the Zealot? Anyone got one past 20? Any opinions welcome here!

"Just know that Marauders, while good at lvl6, get absolutely WTFPWN after lvl25 and onwards"
It was probably the way you wrote that.. "get" being the word that could throw people..
"get absolutley wtfpwn" to me reads like "marauder gets fucking owned"
see this ?
hehe, but yeah they are rather nice. but i refuse to play a melee, sick of them lol.. And its more fun when you do see one in a bit of trouble and save theyre ass with a nice heal..

I really enjoy playing my Magus (lvl 19). But imo they should ditch the whole idea of 24/7 surfboard.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Yah, having that too with the server.
Also,
I can solo a marauder NP in PVP as a RP, and in group pvp, they are the least dangerous melee class.
Witch elf, black orc, chosen are all 10x more dangerous to me and everyone else.

wrong, then he would have said "get absolutley wtfpwnd".
Squirrely: Now come on y'all. We can't waste time arguing. There could still be survivors out there. We need to hunt them down, and kill them.
Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.

Either way without the "D" and with the "get" it makes no sense.

Definitely worth re-posting. Again, as I've posted in the past, get some mods, there are some out there that are really helpful.

What class do you play?
Also, staples should be scrolling combat text and autodismount. Both very awesome mods.

Me neither, I just can't bring myself to keep leveling for some reason. Maybe it's becase I'm not playing in a big guild that actually does RvR or maybe it's just that I wsa hoping for something different then what I really got.
Either way I'm not too compelled to continue playing which sucks since I did have high hopes for this game.

I think the server makes a big difference. Much as has been talked about how the population makes this game. Scenarios pop every time I queue nearly immediately and the PVP is tonnes of fun. If its like 5am and it takes a while for it to pop, the game definitely loses some appeal.
