Now that was just cruel, was that payback for last night?

For fucks sake even the speeds at work don't reach that:

At least you have fibre at work, nice symmetrical connection there.

I could do with more upload, I'd happily go to 150/150 instead of 300/30 Sad

And you missed some amazing balls last night. Dimas got tilted so bad Laughing

so the 200k line gives you only 130? Very Happy classic unitymedia fuckup during high peak hours

sorry pax, but unitymedia cable internet is the worst choice. stuck with ipv6 stuff only, often problems and often not really full speed

ah i see they changed their plans, its only 120 and 400k now

for 120 ofc the result is okay and slightly above the promised max speed. but you should monitor that, in my region unity always has massive problems (since ever). means no connection, or slow connection (mostly during peak hours in the evening) or constant disconnects

the main problem still is the ipv6 only stuff, you will get problems with (mostly p2p based) online games cause you cant forward any ports in your router (ok you can, but it wont work cause it cant map from your external v6 adress to v4, and yes you have a ipv4 adress too but on a dslite stack which is shared so forwarding doenst work)

Was done Automatically. I have an special account though. XL everything for £21 a month.

If you log in to your account on the Virgin website you will get details about your speed boost and be able to order the kit if it's available in your area already.

I have to ask now why is your XL package 21 a mnth. XL means full tv / broadband / phone - for the deal, and that is usually around the 80+ mark, sure i get mine cheaper but thats if you moan and get credit on ur account for complaining about not getting full speeds sometime. Very Happy

21 is because of? Very Happy
