fakeFullScreenMonitor=1
(if "1" then try "0" and vice versa)
Neon, you sure it isn't another program that uses its own overlay, like Afterburner, Precision, etc?
Yup, I don't use any overlays at all.

My engine.ini file is completely empty, I tried redownloading the game and it's the same thing.
I use a hi-fi audio system which includes me running HDMI into my receiver for audio. The means that the receiver shows up as a video source so I have to treat it as a monitor to get the audio playing.
So basically, instead of the game sticking to the same default screen as every other game on PC, it decides to start the game up on the receiver.
Any way of forcing it to go to the default screen where it should be?
Well, you are out of luck, that's all the game has to tweak. As I mentioned before - there were reports on Steam forum that changing these options helps with multimonitor issues or with the game minimizing itself.
