yes, ms store is and will be the only plattform. its basicly a first party title, everything else which was time exclusive on the microsoft store were 3rd party titles
or buy a game card anywhere else, offline, or online from amazon for example. there arent any cheap keys out, only accounts, but they get banned fast. dont buy accounts with the game on it, and no buying a cheap physical disc doesnt work cause only digital purchases are xbox live anywhere

final (and patch1) build never crashed for me, runs way better than the demo (even before the new driver). everything maxxed out, full hd, constant 60fps. though the menu stutters sometimes, think its when it loads some stuff in the backround (game is sitting atm on a normal hdd)

New Update, finally fixing the stupid ass track disappearing issue:

In the interest of maintaining game balance, we have instituted rewards changes for all Forza Edition cars, replacing flat XP secondary rewards with a percentage-based credit (CR) reward. With this update, all Forza Edition cars will offer a primary percentage CR reward and a secondary conditional percentage CR reward. All VIP Forza Edition cars will now offer a primary +50% CR reward and a secondary conditional +50% CR reward. For example, the 2000 Nissan Silvia Spec-R Forza Edition previously offered a primary CR reward of +25% and a secondary flat +5,000 XP award after 3 good drifts in a race. With this update, the Silvia now offers a primary reward of +25% CR and a secondary reward of +25% CR after 3 good drifts in a race. As a further example, the 2014 BMW M4 Coupe Forza Edition (a VIP FE car) previously offered a primary +40% CR reward and a secondary flat +10,000 XP reward at the Nürburgring. With the update, the BMW now offers a primary +50% CR reward and a secondary +50% CR reward at the Nürburgring.
• Addressed an issue where the game would crash during Driver Level Rewards screen, causing extra level-up rewards to be available.
• PC and Multiplayer stability fixes. |

I could use a good racing game.. but not super extreme hard but just for relaxing cruising.
This looks kinda good but I don't want to buy anything on win10 store.
I don't think if any game will ever beat FUEL in just relaxing driving around with no purpose for me

Black friday hit this one too, finally: amazon discounts all around.
Problem is amazon site checks your ip and refuses to let you make the purchase if you're not from the correct region: now I wonder, are also cdkeys really region-locked, or this is just related to amazon site?

saw that first in Project Cars cockpit view, but you're right, here it seems to be in chase view too?
Not sure how that feels but for PC I kinda liked it. Slightly looking towards the apex of corners felt natural.

In Project Cars you can set how much view to apex and head roll you want from 0 to 100%.

The game is at -35% on the awesome Microsoft Stoare.
Beware you got 80% chance the game will crash every 10 minutes on your PC and for some the game doesn't even launch anymore since the last update (end of November).
