ah sorry missread what u said i was looking at images and mine are merged not side by side 
i have fucked up though ive managed to close everything by accident but the tabs lol now i cant get nothing up menus etc etc, no url bar lol.. tried all ctrl and keys to popup something but nothing for it what i do !!
i found the url entry popup to get back here though

How do you get the menus to disappear?

i used an addon, id tell what one but i cant get into anything with just tabs showing lol right now... if u look at the strata40 page addon ull see 2 sudgested

Moose, use the safe mode to restore the toolbar settings.
And then the first thing you do is go to Personal Menu settings and enable showing menus with ALT.

well i got the url bar back by using alt to get a simlple menu up but where the hell is that personal options menu ?
i dont get that at all anywhere i look.. or in addons

What is that icon for?
BTW, use one of the other themes (3.7 or 4.0), they are much better.

the icon is the menu list like alt u click it and it opens..
its using default according to stratabuddy which would be 4.0 if its diff i got no idea why
ok the styles dont seem to be working then cause i changed it and looks no diff to me...

there is no 4.0 tab settings just 3.7 tabs on top and default.

that fision progress bar, is it meant to be working as it demos in options?
or does the other addon needed just use that little green progress line on the tabs etc?
as i dont get the full url bar loading like it shows for progress.

The FissionBar shows a green loading bar below the address bar for the active tab. The other addon shows green loading bar for all the loading tabs that are not active. If you switch between loading tabs, the active will display below the address bar, the inactive on the tab.

yeah that all works, its just if u go into fission options you will see a more solid in the address url area loading bar being demonstrated... if you get what i mean...

Yeah, it's the StrataBuddy changing it to the small green one. You can disable it in the Buddy options.
