I agree that we shouldn't go too much out of our way to make special considerations for certain members, but as Bob said, he was (the only one) posting some progress updates in a thread for that purpose. Technically he wasn't doing anything wrong and there could be people who had an interest in this.
JackQ shares part of the blame for being unreasonably defensive of some of his reports, and being too sensitive (and in total denial) to some criticism, but there is no denying that he is also being deliberately baited and trolled, with a sizable part of the thread spammed with posts that were no more sensible than his own, but without the advantage if being on-topic.
I guess, in short, my point is that if people actually wanted to avoid all this drama there was a simple way to do that, but people wanted it and here we are 
It's not all on him.
Maybe keep the progress reports for progress reports, and have these endless loops of discussions in a separate thread (like here  ). He obviously finds his way around here and is easily summoned by the slightest of provocations, so it shouldn't be too difficult to keep the entertainment an news channels active and separated

As you said,some of the members seems to have problems of me posting stuffs,because if it was someone else,he wouldn't be trolled that much,so it's wasn't really the 'D' limited progress that got the trolling attention.
Some funny thing I've noticed that some of them mocked everyone who mentioned the 'D' on other topics.. and yet,trolled the shit out on the thread that was dedicated to..paradoxically encouraging more 'D' posts on other threads....

How do you figure? I'd say most other people react to criticism and it probably wouldn't have come to this.
You should finally consider the possibility that initially it was the stuff you post people had problems with and THEN you ALSO became the problem, because you didn't care a bit about the opinions of anyone else. Until then, have fun with the trolling.

I don't see the problem, guy had his own thread to post those updates while the rest had doubts about anything coming to fruition, but who cares. All i see here is mob mentality bullshit, same as with Ronhrin when he was attacked on full. Stupid people start attacking for different reasons just to get to have a stab as well. It's just fucking pathetic.

Lets take a look of what basically CPY did: Steam emulation and patching trggers.. Both baisclly tried so far (though not successfully) by mkdev(said bigger team can work better on this)..
Voski exploited Steam..
