I was almost to the same place I was on the PS2 version.....then I upgraded my comp and had to reinstall XP (damn hard drive). Now I have to do it all over again.

Ok, i'm up to the Freefall mission in Las Venturas. I go to the airport, collect the plane and then fly towards the next mission objective.
however, the mission objective is unreachable as it is outside the gameworld.
no matter how far i go trying to approach it, it is always far off into the distance.
please help

you have to fly outside the world about 3mins...also take care that you're on the correct altitude...the objective icon should be a square, not a triangle (triangle pointing up = you're too low ; triangle pointing down = you're too high)

Also, make sure you start to turn as quick as you see the square (triangle) on the minimap starts moving (it's not outside the minimap limits) because the plane you have to catch is quick and you might miss it..

graphics are terrible, especially in cut scenes. good gameplay and nice story thou.

Graphics aint terrible, think its good ofcourse it could be better but then noone could play it.
Btw since this thread is up again, i was wondering how the citys is according to the real citys? Is for example los santos a copy of los angeles or isnt it even anything like it?

Yeah but the amount of game world you can explore and see is fantastic.

Do a u-turn as soon as you can se the plane far away, stop pushing gas and let the plane fly by you and start gasing and you should be right on the planes ass if you do it right.

For the free fall mission, I flew at sort of a 45 degree angle to where the plane was marked on the minimap, so when I saw it, I was already turned a lot of the way.
Plus, make sure you are a bit higher than the marker, so then you can catch up by descending quickly into the corona.

thats exactly how i did it the second time, when i saw i was way too far after my turn.
I was very high, then I started doing a DIVE/TURN when i saw it. This way, youre not ony gaining speed so you can catch up later but you are also going less further away from it since your cutting the turn by losing altitude.

Do it until you get her card (wear the gimp suit each time and it will be very fast). Eventually you can kill her an go grab the card in her house but you won't be able to date her anymore.
