Since zombies aren't dead but un-dead it can't be necrophilia.
But then again necrophilia is defined as the attraction to corpses.
Is a zombie considered a corpse? I mean the term "walking corpse" is sometimes used which would suggest that yes, it is a corpse and therefore yes it is necrophilia.
But I'm not sure anymore :/

Zombies are neither alive nor dead, they're undead. Because dead and alive alone don't cover the whole spectrum (there is still undead), we need to think in a different granularity. Let's consider two supersets, one being the set not-alive, that contains both dead and undead and the other being not-dead, containing alive and undead. This classification allows for two possibilities to represent all possible cases: alive vs not-alive and dead vs not-dead.
Since necrophilia is defined as love with the dead and the opposite of dead is not-dead and zombies are part of not-dead, loving zombies does not qualify as necrophilia.

There was a movie about this. What was it called? Dead girl. That would be one rank crotch is what I was thinking so I didn't watch it plus I don't like rape movies.
