No, not the same at all. Krokodil is a synthetic opioid that "eats" flesh. Tianeptine is an SSRE, anti-depressant, that if injected gives a high resembling opiates. Unfortunately the crushing of the tablets leads to injecting unsolvable parts that cause thrombosis (blocks fine blood vessels) which leads to severe necrosis.

You can get LSD high without taking LSD. I tried it.

Something I noticed when I googled this was that it was mostly in forums/blogs. Nothing in any real medical source, or very limited. The pictures out there are basically the same 4 or 5. Lots about the Flesh-Eating Cocaine' Laced with Levamisole. Symptoms look alot like Necrotizing fasciitis (NF), in any IV drug user with extremely poor hygiene, health, super dirty needles, let untreated.

Take a ping pong ball, cut it in half, put the two halves on your eyes, noise canceling ear plugs in your ears, lie on back with a lamp at your head, don't move for about 15 minutes and then remove the things from your eyes and ears. Lasts for about 5 minutes but it's trippy as fuck, cause you're depraving your brain of sound and sight, the sensory input overflowing when removing those SHOULD look something like LCD, complete with hallucinations and stuff.
