Fancy making that a little larger, the people on the space station are having trouble viewing it.

I saw things like that in here and in other "woman problems" topics so...... Am I the only one that thinks some authorities needs to be alerted about Saner and him possibly being a rapist and/or kidnapper ?
Saner is not being serious. Unless its the subject of Santa!
Its not RMA, they just send me a new one if i proof that the old one is unable to function again

We apologize for the problems you have had with your Razer Product. In lieu of having to return the product for an exchange you can simply supply a picture of the unit showing the cut USB cord/audio connector and the serial number of the unit. Once we have the picture we can send out a replacement product for you. You should be able to cut the cord with a standard pair of scissors. Please be sure to show the cut USB cord/audio connector and the serial number in the same picture whenever possible.
We know that cutting the cord on a Razer product can be a bit painful for some of our devoted fans; truthfully, it makes us cringe a bit also. If you prefer to return your entire defective unit, just let us know and we will supply you with a traditional (RMA) Return Authorization Number. We just thought sending the picture would make things a bit easier and quicker for you.

Yep apart from the areas that hit the white areas, it'd easily pass a quick glance. It's easy to make a quick job like that, but to fake it in a way that'd pass under closer scrutiny would take some doing.
you scratched it a little bit too "good", so that you smudged over the lense
Btw I once cut my MX500's cord too. Just because it was broken at one point and it was fairly easy to remove the broken part and fix the cable again... I found a magic way to duplicate razr nagas

i could do it proepr it was just a quick few seconds job
you think customer suport dealing with thousands of tickets a day are going to examine every photo with a microscope? logitech dont even seem to ask you to destroy shit anympore because it just wasts to much time looking at all the photos and shit.
i bet the CS staff get a performance review every so often aswell to make sure they are dealing with enough workload each day the same as checkout staff usually sign out of the till when they are waiting for a customer because they have reviews on how many items they are scanning per hour etc.
btw someones when u do scatch an item like that the colour of the plastic does actually follow the scratch a little
they will probably now say, it dont work because you cut the fucking usb plug off it... be a great way to tell you to do something like that, then claim they did not, and now rma is void..
what a strange way to do things..... won't find me cutting the coard on my naga...
Btw, what was wrong with it overall? just stopped functioning or something less major?

Basically out of nowhere it just started not responding anymore, at first it wouldn't go left or right anymore, after a while nothing happens (mouse buttons still worked tho).
Now weird thing is that if the mouse is unplugged for a day, then plugin, it works again for 5min or so before it becomes useless again.
This has been tested on 4 pc's, with or without drivers.
I did send it back TWICE to the company that sold me, they send it back claiming there was no problem (even tho i got video proof of the problem).
So i had to contact Razer themselves.
Kinda retarded company, first they send it back claiming that: "the right and left mouse buttons worked as intended", ofc they did as there was nothing wrong with them. Took them 4 weeks to find that out.
But i know what their plan was, my warranty runs out in 1 month. They prolly was gonna stall it till it ran out and then claim they wont fix it outside warranty.
