I stopped collecting movies/tv shows about 8 years ago. Now I just leech then watch then shift-delete everything. Saves a lot of time and also money for storage.
Actually nowadays it's faster to leech something via usenet/irc/zippyshare and start watching while extracting. Takes longer to dig out some of my old eHDDs with movie collections, connect it to the PC and navigate to the folder. (I don't use any streaming services because I refuse to watch anything without madVR)
Since weโre living in times where shows gets canceled for painted faces, hoarding your favorite stuff might not be such a bad idea.

This is just 20 seasons of the main show. Iโll download the CI 1080p webdls too. I like the original series the most. Lost my appreciation for SVU when it became a soap opera.
Actually...I think my boss has been telling me about for last couple of years that he likes to watch it on TV Or maybe it was Blue Bloods? Weird will ask him on Monday.
Last Q, how does it compare to The Shield and The Wire?
Blue Bloods is a different show, and I donโt like it. NYPD Blue is different to The Shield and The Wire. Itโs a serialized show, like L&O, but there is more of the personal lives of the characters weaved in. But itโs still normally a case or two per episode. Iโd put NYPD Blue below The Wire and above The Shield. The Wore is a masterpiece, second to none. I put NYPD Blue above The Shield because I love the characters a lot, and there is a lot of heart in it (the main character goes through quite the transformation over the 12 year run of the show), whereas The Shield is dim in its portrayal of its main characters. I still love The Shield, unlike, say, Breaking Bad, just a bit less.
