Only beer(s) I ever drink is Corona, Zywiec (Polish shit), and Bavaria. I know these beers suck, but I don't drink beer to get wasted. I drink hard liquor to get wasted. I hate flavored vodka.
I used to be semi-addicted to this peppered shit; inferno.
Though, vodka is much cheaper than scotch at this bar by campus. The bar sucks. It’s located in Greek town. Hahaha.

We were just talking about absinthe in one of my classes yesterday. I want to give it a shot sometime soon because some people had some interesting stories about it. As far as I know it is illegal in the US.

we have absinthe down under, but i don't think its like what it use to be (back in the 1800-1900's). here i think its just a hight percentage drink, like 80% of something, you can get weaker types aswell. Imho it's all hype, it doesn't do anything different that any other strong drink would do.
As far as beer goes, i'm not a fan i can drink it if i have too but i mostly drink vodka or burbon. I find beer doesn't get me drunk quick enough and when it does its kinda a tired drunk. I just hate the kids who go buy a 6 pack and then finsih it through out the night and then claim to be wasted. A 6 pack is something i'd drink before i go out to put me in the mood.

So its really no different than Everclear which is 190 proof? I thought because it had wormwood or whatever in it it was supposed to fuck with your head a bit more. I know very little about alcohol seeing as I rarely drink.

Absinthe is legal here too, i got the 85% stuff once from a garage, and finished it with a few friends. It made me feel so weird, I won't go into detail, but it's a unique feeling.
