Third time this year I wake up to the sound of somebody smashing a window.
First it was when they took out the window to the bank next to me to steal two lamps (very expensive ones..cost like €14000 each), then last week when a random guy smashed another window...and now when somebody wrecked havock on the windows of the hair salon just below me. This time I saw the guy.
I live next to a disturbed family that has a woman breaking out the windows from the inside and a guy sweeping the glass outside as she goes every saturday at 4am

My neighbor has quite the voice resource it would seem having that echoing through the apartment early in the morning (Or variants thereof.) ha ha.
No need for a alarm clock with that type of wake up for as long as he and his girl still lives nearby.
They seem happy and all but both seem to like sleeping in so things probably get a bit hectic during the mornings.
EDIT: We did have a few incidents last year with break-ins in the area though, not too much this year however although a small quake happened this weekend but at 3.0 it wasn't that much of a deal though people were probably a bit surprised.
(Neighbor at the other end of this apartment has a pretty hefty bass setup though, that's how you really make things shake. )
Other than that things seem calm for now, mostly just a lot of people pasting decals and stickers for racist propaganda being the only flaw with the area.
