bigger budgets usually never equals better story, smaller budgets mean more need for a solid story and dialogue
also sofar this series has killed of two of the most interesting characters sofar, there is nothing much left to tell and the left over charatcers are deplted empty, i dont feel nothing for them anymore, they are used up, now its all the aliens do this , the aliens do that ... they wrote themselves into a corner, needs a new crew or faction asap.
This show, has quite a bit of good but quite a bit of cheap crap as well. Actors bother me especially, the moment some emotions need to be betrayed it falls apart and everyone has this look like they just shat themselves.
Though I'm rooting for it, has potential for more scifis to spawn in a sea of drama and crime-thrillers.

Well, he was in 16 episodes out of...36(!). And most of these episodes were in season 1. So, essentially, he is "dead". All other characters were boring (s01) or just terrible like dat old bitch with a very annoying voice.
Don't know lads, Avasarala and Amos, Drummer and the new ex-captain make the series great in the characters department. I'm really hyped to see where this is going. Readers of the book told as much as this is going big places from now on.
I wonder what they will do after this season. If they follow the books we're in for a borefest. The author can write great, but he forgets the protomolecule/aliens and focuses on human shit after book 3. We'll see.
Is the first episode of season 3 indicative of some kind of new direction of the show? If not, what the fuck was up with that episode? Felt like Marvel crap with Avasarala & Super Friends(especially Gunny) trying to be funny every 3 seconds whenever they were on screen.
