Just stumbled upon one of the "red letters" which were part of the more cheat-like DLC (Gives 50.000 HK on pickup.), read somewhere that these had been excluded but it seems they did include most of the downloadable content from the original game.
(Although I have no idea what they've done with the numerous DLC outfits.)

any comparision screens between new and old PC versions?
I somehow fail to see why should i get the new version, if i already have the old one with all worthwhile DLCs

Yeah, they had some additional time during porting for the consoles and they squeezed in a few improvements, nothing major for the PC gamer who already owns the game.

I meant that the main focus is probably the new console versions. The PC edition seems like an afterthought to me.

Screenshots look dry. From what I could tell in game seems to look better, but I did the Year of the Snake thing first to just fuck around.
Mouse when driving still a bitch. But I have it on high at 1080p except for AA. Sager laptop with an 860m.

Any idea how to disable cheaty DLCs? There's no dat files like in standard game AFAIK... I just want to progress the game properly ffs!

Will stay with old version too. maybe I should buy some dlc for it while dlc can still be bought ?
I prefer betetr performing but same looking version. Don't really care about amount of pedestrains
