Oh well,...
found my solution...
did a file monitoring and found out that hl2 is looking in the wrong directory for that file..
biniamin20, you probably copy/pasted the shortcut parameters from the nfo.html ...

Error!
Can't find background image 'materials/console/background01.vtf'
after clicking ok, the hl2.exe process is terminated.
that file acually exists in X:\CSSource\cstrike\materials\console b ...
