maybe you didnt use a fresh install and upgraded instead
i had the same problem till i did a new install and deleted te old windows |

downloaded the game, played the game, and i will sure buy the game on oct the 29th
loading times are the same as the first gta and vice city, gameplay also
levels are huge have to play more to unloc ... |
