With some nudging, the company has finally replaced the console. Thanks to all of you for the help and support, it was greatly appreciated. |

Thanks for the response, actually they did have a branch in the UK when I sent the console. It closed down suddenly without warning or reason.

Avoid PSX Repair.com like the plague, they are lying thieves.
My console was sent in to have the laser re-alligned or replaced if it was too warn as it no longer played DVDs, but still worked fine ... |
