5918 is the current build if that's helpful.
v1.1.0 build 5918.363609 is the complete string, I checked it a minute ago. Don't know if there's a scene/p2p release.

I am not able to find the latest patch for this game.
Total.War.Shogun.2.Fall.of.the.Samurai-SKIDROW is somewhat up to date but I doubt Darthmod will work as intended unless I have the latest patc ... |
