Trying to install, it told me that it's updating to 1.1... yet i get a massege of "Patching failed"

I'm having troubles extracting the files.
The files look like this -
pcg-b2sf.001
pcg-b2sf.002
And so on...
I cant seem to open it with Winrar... so I tried with a program calles 7Zip... hmm ... |
