so im lvl 27 progressing through the main questline of dragonborn,
learning the shouts, the backend story ect.. and low & behold its time
to defeat Alduin, im going to throw my question below so ... |

ya it was my key bindings, i had to reset it to default to use the dragon
souls for the shouts to unlock, but at least i know its not a bug.

so i've collected 8 Dragon Souls, and 3 new shouts, but it seems im
unable to unlock them, the message comes up i need a dragon soul.
is this a known bug?
