I think you can change digit-grouping under Regional and Language Options in Control Panel, just select a premade profile or click customize. |

You can't but you can rar-compress it or something and then split it up in 750mb pieces and burn on multiple CDs. You won't be able to use the file before you extract it from all the CDs again though. |
