SteamApp.cfg is THE FILE
SteamAppId=92 is THE LINE

you need to edit THE FILE with notepad and then add THE LINE in THE FILE

no it is not possible....the english release has different files than the "foreign" language one...

SteamAppId=92 must me added in the file SteamApp.cf
